PAYMENT SCHEDULE

6 On start of Fifth Floor Roof Slab 10% of the Basic Price
7 On Start of Top Floor Roof Slab 10% of the Basic Price
8 On start of internal plaster 10% of the Basic Price
9 On Start of flooring 10%of the Basic Price
10 At the time of offer of possession 5%+ any other charges as may be applicable
11 Personal lawn for Ground Floor flats Rs. 3,00,000/- (To be paid in two installments of Rs. 1,50,000/- each with 6th & 7th installment i.e., ______&_________months of the Provisional allotment)

NOTE:

  • One Car Parking is compulsory per apartment.
  • Interest Bearing Security Maintenance (IBSM) will be decided at the time of possession
